Stress Support Online
Find relief using stress support online with hypnotherapy and IEMT
If your brain feels like it’s got hundreds of tabs open and you don’t know which to look at first, you know you’re stressed.
You have a lot on your plate, I know. I’ve been there. You can’t see the wood for the trees.
The good news is that you don’t have to keep living like this.
I offer stress support online using two different approaches. Each one helps you take control of your stress levels and let go of overthinking.
Whether you’re struggling with everyday stress or feeling stuck in old patterns, online sessions can help you create lasting change from the comfort of your own home.
What is IEMT?
Integral Eye Movement Techniques (IEMT) may sound a little technical, but the process itself is gentle, straightforward and surprisingly effective.
During an IEMT session, I guide your eyes through a series of specific movements while you briefly focus on a feeling, memory or thought.
It sounds almost too simple, but those eye movements help your brain reprocess the emotional response connected to that experience.
Imagine your mind as a filing cabinet that’s become overstuffed. Old memories, worries and emotional reactions keep spilling onto your desk, demanding your attention.
IEMT helps your brain put those files back where they belong, allowing you to focus on what’s happening now instead of constantly revisiting the past.
What women often notice after IEMT
Many women describe feeling:
- Calmer in situations that previously caused stress.
- Less emotionally reactive.
- More energy because they’re no longer exhausted by overthinking.
- Better able to enjoy everyday life.
One client described it beautifully:
“It feels like my brain finally let go of things I didn’t even realise I was holding.”
That’s one of the things I love most about IEMT.
It’s not about analysing every detail of your past.
It’s about helping your mind let go of what it no longer needs.
Examples of past client issues
I’ve helped women online using IEMT for a variety of issues, but here are couple related to stress, in the words of my clients:
‘Feeling stressed and unheard at work – unable to speak up for myself (after IEMT: more assertive and able to let the little things fly over my head)’
‘I want to change jobs because I had a run in with a certain member of staff and I can’t stay working with them (after IEMT: no issue with that person, I’ve moved on and I’m even applying for a promotion!)’
The IEMT package (£249)
This starts with a free online consultation call where we discuss what you’d like to work on and then I do a quick demonstration. This gives you a taster of what happens in a session.
If you decide to book the package and this method is appropriate for you,you get:
2 x 90 minute sessions plus one 30 minute follow-up call
In the follow-up call we may finalise any lingering issues or you may decide you want more sessions. It depends on the issue we’ve been working on. Some are more complex than others.
How does Hypnotherapy help with stress?
Hypnotherapy helps to calm your nervous system and promotes more positive thinking.
Instead of working with your eyes open, you’re asked to close them. This helps you focus on what we’re working on.
We use the imagination – not just visual, but all senses, to address the causes of your stress. If you can imagine the worst case scenario, you can imagine the best case scenario too!
We use the subconscious mind more than 90% of the time. So it makes sense to work with the subconscious to address unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour that have been adding to your stress levels.
Hypnotherapy targets the subconscious reasons you may have for self-sabotaging, reacting with anger, overthinking and worrying.
What women notice after hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy isn’t about losing control or having someone “fix” you. It’s about giving your mind the opportunity to slow down, let go of unhelpful patterns and respond differently to everyday life.
Everyone’s experience is unique, but many women tell me they notice:
- Feeling calmer, even when life is busy.
- Sleeping more deeply and waking feeling more refreshed.
- Less overthinking and fewer racing thoughts.
- Feeling more confident making decisions without second-guessing themselves.
- Greater resilience when dealing with stressful situations.
- More patience with themselves and the people around them.
- More space to enjoy everyday moments rather than constantly worrying about what’s coming next.
One of the things I love about hypnotherapy is that the changes often happen gradually. Rather than waking up feeling like a completely different person, many women simply realise they’re responding differently. They handle situations that would once have overwhelmed them with a little more ease, sleep a little better, worry a little less and start feeling more like themselves again.
Those small shifts soon add up, creating meaningful and lasting change.
The ‘Let Go and Move On’ Hypnotherapy package (£252)
This starts with a free online consultation call where we discuss what stressful situations are impacting you and what you want to achieve by the end of the package. I also explain how the mind works and what techniques I’ll be using. So you know in advance what we’ll be doing.
If you decide to book the package and this method is appropriate for you,you get:
3 x 45 minute sessions plus audios to keep
The audios are there to give you a little break from everyday life. They also help to strengthen the work we do in the session. I expect you to listen to an audio every day between sessions.
In the last session I’ll ask you what changes you’ve noticed and whether you want to address any other issues by booking further sessions.
You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode
If stress, anxiety and overthinking have been running the show, things can feel very different.
As a qualified hypnotherapist and IEMT practitioner, I help women both online and in person to quieten anxious thoughts, release emotional patterns and feel calmer in everyday life.
You don’t have to keep living in constant “what if?” mode.
Sometimes your mind simply needs the right support to let go.
And when it does, life feels lighter, calmer and much easier to enjoy.
If you’re ready to explore online stress support, I’d love to help. Please book a call at the link below.
