What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Blog Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form. We also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string. This helps spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Your comment and its associated personal data will remain on this site unless you require it to be deleted. If you wish to have the comment and its associated personal data deleted, please email us using the contact form using the email address that you commented with.
Contact forms
The personal information collected from the contact forms or newsletter sign-up forms includes your Name, Email Address and any other information which may be included in your message. Focus Coaching & Hypnotherapy will use the information you supply to communicate with you.
The information you supply is stored on the Focus Coaching & Hypnotherapy email server as an email. Personal information (including coaching records) will be retained for a reasonable time period up to a maximum of 7 years.

Focus Coaching & Hypnotherapy takes all practical steps to try and protect the data you provide via our website and our website has security measures in place to try and protect the loss of your data. Our website is SSL certified. Each connection between the web server and browser is encrypted – which means that all data sent via the submitted forms on this site are only visible to Sarah Fish at Focus Coaching & Hypnotherapy – helping to protect your data.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your contact information
