How does hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy is a tool that will help you to calm your anxious mind and develop more positive and helpful thinking habits. As your hypnotherapist, I will guide you gently through the process and we can work together to help you to achieve your goals.

I offer a variety of hypnotherapy packages, including 1-1 support and group programmes, both in person (in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, UK) and online.
