I offer hypnotherapy sessions in Newcastle-under-Lyme and online across the UK to help busy professionals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm and chronic stress reconnect with calm and regain control of their thoughts.
Packages
My packages use a combined approach of hypnotherapy, coaching and IEMT, with tools and techniques you can add to your daily life to support the changes we make subconsciously. Sessions take place in person or online and each session is 45-90 minutes, depending on what you need. I also offer Whatsapp support between these sessions. Payment plans available. All payments are required in advance of sessions taking place.
Long-term support package – in person or online – 12 sessions over 4-6 months: £1332
Anxiety Busting Package – in person or online – 7 sessions over 12 weeks :£808*
Emotional Eating (end cravings) – in person or online – 4 sessions over 4 weeks: £484
Bespoke Package – in person or online – 4 sessions £484 or 7 sessions £808 (depends on the issue)
*Teenagers Anxiety Package (age 13-17) – in person or online: 1 x 45 min session + 3 x 30 min sessions over 4 weeks: £254
Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) Online
If you’re here for IEMT only, sessions are available online. IEMT has shown significant efficacy in addressing:
- Traumatic experience: Facilitating emotional resolution of traumatic experiences.
- Problematic emotions: Reducing cognitive and emotional burdens from the past.
- Chronic Stress: Promoting resilience by addressing stress-related thought patterns.
- Behavioural Challenges: Enhancing emotional regulation and improving self-perception.
IEMT – online only: 2 sessions of 90 minutes for £249

If you’re ready to take action and need a little direction, online coaching is a great way to stay motivated and on track to reach your goals. These are online only, 30 minutes maximum.
