About this package

From the very first session you experience what it’s like to feel calm. Learn about:

  • Where anxiety comes from
  • How your mind works
  • What hypnosis is

Then experience hypnotherapy – giving your mind a chance to relax and stop worrying for a while.

Anxiety is complex and may have many triggers. Over the weeks we cover many areas, for example:

Releasing negative thoughts 

Reframing what you believe about yourself 

Tools and tips to prevent anxiety taking over

How it works

Sessions take place online (Zoom or Whatsapp video), or in person in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The length of the sessions vary from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on what we need to work on that week. Booking is done via Calendly, so you can see the times available in advance and also re-arrange to suit your plans. 

Your commitment

As with any form of therapy, you’re committing to making changes in your life for the better. In between sessions you’re expected to listen to an audio of up to 20 minutes daily, to aid your therapy. 

Exchange

The exchange for anxiety busting GOLD therapy is £555 for 7 weeks, payable in advance.

The exchange for anxiety busting SILVER therapy is £333 for 4 weeks, payable in advance.

Habit Release Package

  • Figure out where the habit came from
  • Target the cause to remove it
  • Find adjustments you can make to overcome your habit on a conscious level too

Taking it at your own speed. You leave with the knowledge you can end your habit and feel the freedom that goes with it.

Phobia Release Package

I had put off addressing my fear of the dark prior to this, mainly as I found it comforting to hold on to it but I begun to recognise how debilitating it was especially as an adult. Introductory Hypnotherapy Session

I decided to try an Introductory hypnotherapy session with Sarah after hearing about self hypnosis and thinking about how it might be able to help me in situations when I get nervous or want to relax. She explained how hypnotherapy works in a logical, easy to understand way which made perfect sense to my naturally scientific way of thinking! I found it hugely relaxing and will definately be practising the self hypnosis technique ready for when I need it. I think the Introductory session is a great taster for anyone considering if hypnotherapy is for them as it helps to understand how it works and what it feels like.
